Hey guys I'm from Illinois, up there we don't have white catfish. I move to Georgia and I caught a 25 pound white catfish. it looks beautiful. I was just wondering has anybody else caught any that big.thank u guys.

I never heard of a white cat that big.

That's why I wanted to find out if it was special or not. I wish I would have kept it in fridge or something. I know it sounds like a fish story but it's true. I'll have to find the pictures and Post them.

We caught an channel cat albino from a pond one time, It was a different looking fish! Different species do bring weird things!! rollo

They're somewhat common with hatchery raised channel cats. I've never seen one that big, but if it was in a pond there's no reason one couldn't get that big.
