Love the spring bite. but usually spend most of the time recovering from lack of not wanting to do much from the winter.

watched stanfield use them today at katmaster tourney. Had big fish at 7lb 10 oz. One of few with limit. And won first place. They are a great way to cover a large area and get some numbers. Size comes more from knowledge and experience. So if your looking for a trophy fish you just need to do some homework and spend some time on the water. but if your looking for numbers, they are a great way to go.

Took the boat out last week for a test Run. Added some new power outlets. rebuilt the driver seat fixed the depth finder. This week I rewired trailer. Brand new LED tail lights.(their awesome) Greased all the bearings. Check out the tires and made sure pressure was good. just gotta get the livewell finished and it'll all be good times on the water. Of course then the wife wants some improvements on the bass boat. my job is never done. OH! and I added a kickass decal just to let the world know how I roll.

Yea Kip my buddies work construction and got the pipe and all thread for free! I plan to slowly upgrade to driftmasters, but I mainly only tight line for channels so I think these will hold up fine. Drifting For channels across shallow flats in late summer is the way to go. Im talkin one to two feet of water.
