Goin' to need some circle hooks real soon. BD and Dave are sponsors and would sure love to throw my business his way on his circles. BUT Charlie Browns seem to be a favorite by many. Sure would like some unbiased opinions and not hurt any feelings .If that is possible???

I started using big Daves 10/0 circles a few years ago and really like them. I always used Gamas before but they don't make nothing close to the 10/0 BDs. I recently picked up some of his 6/0s as well for channels.

However, I do like Bottom Dwellers hooks, and have been using them as well. I used them all last year. Very sharp! Hold a great point over time, and also like the gap in the circles. I buy the 10/0 for most livebait fishing being I like to run big livebaits, and am mighty impressed! rollo

I use 6/0, 8/0 and 10/0 gammas. I have had my best luck with them. I have a stockpile of them, if I ever get low, I'll probably try Dave's hooks out.

I have around 300 rigs snelled up at all times, I have used them all over the years and the 8/0 and 10/0 from Bottom Dweller is all I use now. I snelled up about 50 double hook rigs last night and I have holes in every finger, they are very sharp and strong. They never let me down. On top of that Dave has a great price and the fastest shipping period!

While I am not a big circle hook user I do use the Charlie browns and i really like them, because i can use them like a circle or a j-hook depending on the situation. That being said if you like using circle hooks The ones that Dave carries are as good as they come. so maybe you should get some of each and see which ones you like better or use the BD circles for most of your rigs and have a couple charlie browns for certain situations. Its a no lose situation really but
