I like the idea of being able to turn fish in by a predetermined deadline after the tournament is you over, that way you can cull fish. anglers should Still have the option to submit fish anytime through the duration of the tournament.

7 biggest fish get the pot....any species ofcatfish may be entered. maybe payout top 3....60/30/10 payback.....keep it sumple

sounds good for whole year. I think payout for biggest of each type wether it be flathead, channel, bullhead or blue. maybe like a 25 split for each. biggest of each at end of year.
