I think the moon phase plays a big issue. However, after all these crazy weather patterns from the past years...I'm starting to think they are forced accordingly more than ever to spawn according to size, maybe even more than ever age of fish! I have seen this before, you get a batch that come off spawn get active... Might be a month. See another batch... Even seen a fish or two going into almost fall. Makes you think for sure! Its always spread out... But, seems to be more and more these years... rollo
