skyline we crow hunt a ton too. its the only thing that keeps me sane when waterfowl season is closed. what's your best day skyline? ours is 117 crows and pigeons in one day. that was a barrel burner that day! we will have to get together once it comes back in June. me and biggie hit the creek yesterday i got a big drum and biggie got one channel. nice to get some bent poles and the Jon boat wet.

Me too it keeps me sane and practiced. waterfowl is my favorite hunting hands down these days. it feels just like waterfowl hunting sometimes when they really want to come to the decoys. Damn man that is a pile! I as on a hunt couple years ago that killed 58 crows then had a stack of other random birds too but 58 crows in all. was a awesome day. i cant imagine 117 that would be crazy, i would love to be shooting at birds all day like that. guy i hunt with got 77 once but i wasnt there that time of course. yea i am in we will just have to get a date lined up.

worse part the last 2 weekends was we have had ducks and geese flying over us all day, tree top high and lower really makes your trigger finger start itching. i think for field hunting i am going to start peppering some crow decoys into my goose ones. the geese seem to be interested in the crow decoys

i know some guys that put a pair of crows on the outside of their goose spread. It would make a good convidence decoy. I personaly have never tried it though. There has been more than a few times i will flathead fish till 5 am just to get back home in time to crow hunt. especially the first few weekends in June when you can kill a ton of them young dumb crows! we will have to make a plan for that.
