So after fumbling around on my boat the other day looking in multiple spots for my gear I HAD to come up with a better way to keep my gear close without having to take large tackle boxes with me and this was my solution. While the bite was slow on the boat I decided to utilize my waiting time by pre-rigging my hooks, leader lines and swivels. I did up around 12 of them so I would be ready to rock n roll quickly if I got snagged and lost my rig. I also knew there had to be a better way to keep my tackle light(er) in weight and organized without a large tackle box. THIS was the brainstorm I came up with. I had an old single stack CD case laying around that happened to have a zippered mesh pocket in it and I was able to get all of my gear into it with NO PROBLEM. I didn't have my weights in the pic but I guarantee they will fit in it also. Overall I am very happy with this and I believe it will work well. On a side note just for shiggles I loaded up another empty CD case I had with spinnerbaits and bass jigs which also seems like it's gonna work out great too. Contents in my catfish kit are 12 pre-rigged rigs (5/0 Daiichi circle hooks, 15"+- leader and a swivel) 1 extra pkg #5 swivels 1 pkg 20' of 30# mono for leader line A bunch of bumper buttons A pack of Daiichi 7/0 JUST IN CASE ;-) A pkg of luminescent rod tip lights Also 1 pkg of 3 way rigs just in case I am on the river Whatever size no roll weights I bring

yes they do work nicely. I have used them in the past when i was trying to organized. now I just use a Plano box filled a lot of goodies like hooks, sinkers, sliders, swivels, glue stick, glow sticks, super glue, beads, And just keep a spool of mono with it. And i keep that in a backpack. Makes life alot easier. Whether I'm hitting the boat or searching the river bank. I put a pic with the article i wrote check it out. thequestformonstercatfish.com/bank-fishing-not-just-for-weekenders/
