The tekotas are great reels of you need a lot of castability. For me the tr200 is perfect and the squall does the same things. I drag and drop all my lines with a boat when lake fishing these days and need at most 20 yds of casting off the boat or the bank in the river and that's always with 50lb mono so I need lots of line and casting is a non issue. As far as reels go it is 100 percent situational. Some guys need to cast 100 yards some don't. For me I don't. Like I said I want strong gears, drag, and lots of capacity that usually means castability will fall off

In my situations casting in not much a request in deploy my bait whit a small boat and use 2# carp whit 8oz bank sinker y the distance it about 60 yards from the bank

That's what I meant when I said I drag and drop my baits. It puts way less stress on them than casting also
