Replaced the compressor in my bait freezer this weekend. My brother from Mississippi was visiting and he brought me 40lbs of 10-12 count bait shrimp.. Now I need to restock my Shad Supply... Anyone having any luck cast netting them yet?

Knox has been dead for me. I can't cast net a shad there right now to save my life. But I haven't been there in around 2 weeks so maybe they are there now

Knox has always been a struggle for me to cast net Shad. I am going to try Alum creek this weekend and see if I can stock up the freezer

Fred, Dillon below the spillway, my buddy netted a cooler full on a few throws this morning. I asked him if the signs were still up that said you couldn't. He said he didn't look just climbed down the rocks and started throwing. But he said after a few throws he filled the cooler and left.
