Hey Everyone. I love in the northeastern part of OH (East of Cleveland) and was wondering anyone has any suggestions of good places to hook into real nice catfish. I'm used to hitting up some smaller rivers and lakes and haven't really been fortunate enough to hook into a very nice catfish. Also, are there any bodies of water up around here that have a decent population of flatheads? I've never caught one of those either and am looking to maybe make this year be the first time I catch one! Thanks in advance for any insight!

Mosquito lake holds some good flatheads I know. Also portage lakes are loaded full of big channels. You feel like a road trip come spring I'd be glad to take you to some good flathead waters.

I am always up for exploring new and different waters! Where abouts are you located? I own some property in Southern Ohio and I make very frequent trips down there!

I live in central Ohio close to mt. Vernon. I fish the Muskingum river most of the time. Where in southern Ohio you own?

Own some property in Athens, OH which is where I've primarily done most of my catfishing. I've hit the Hocking River and Ohio River when I can and have had some fair success. Never hooked into anything big on either river though.
