dave was just ordering some rod holders, do the star bases not come with the hardware anymore or am i just confused

We don't get them with the hardware included. That way if you need bolts/nuts or if you need screws you can get what you need. This helps keep cost as low as possible and customers can get exactly what they need. We do offer the bolts and screws separately if you need them.
