I don't know if you have seen these or not, but a collapsible net might be helpful when fishing from a kayak. Bass pro has many big enough for cats, that may fit nicely on the back of your yak, maybe tie it down with a bungee cord or throw it in a rod holder.

Sweet ride bro!! just found aaa LED courtsey lights to mount inside and a cutting board and yeah i seen the fold up nets,another thing im going to use it for is bank fishing lakes,can paddle my bait out the pecise spots ,so i can get my bait right in to the structure that far out easier on the bait that way

my buddies done said im the offical beer cooler haulers for our annual float trip on the south branch,i can get 2 nice size coolers on it ;D

i done changed it around i moved the out riggers up front by the fish finder and added a rod holder to the dash got my anchor light set up but when i went to test out the new location of the outriggers i hit my leg on the nav light and knocked it off, >: broke the mount off but the new location of the out riggers is alot better more room to paddle,i ran my trasducer wire right up the rib in the middle and silconed it i'll post a video tomorrow of changes,might even have it done show the fished product i got to say it a pretty cool little fishing machine
