That would make for a good boat if you were wanting another project Sean. Nice thing about it is, you can put as much or little money as you want into it... Goodluck, and look forward to seeing what you do. rollo

I don't really have time for another project, with flathead season approaching. If I can't find someone who is willing to take it on, I will salvage the boat. There's no use in letting it get scraped when it can be used. It's not pretty but it can be a nice cat boat. Believe it or not Rylan's boat used to be very similar at one point. It had the windshield, steering column, etc. The previous owner gutted it and added a floor, 3 seats, bilge pump, and basic wiring. I have enough knowledge to do all of this but not the time. Additionally Rylan bought his boat for $600 with two trolling motors. This boat is the same length but 1 foot wider and has better trailer, so it may be slightly more valuable, maybe $750 at a similar condition as Rylans boat. It would take me 40+ plus hours and atleast $250 dollars to get this boat to that point. Albeit I would profit $500 I would rather let someone else take on the task and let them have the joy of knowing they built their boat to their own needs. Additionally I think the grandparents want their garage back.

I completely understand all that! I just moved my in-laws the other day to their new house. All I heard was about the stuff my wife still has at their old house, and we need to come get it! We don't have the room here for any extras... My wife is a pack rat.... I'm a pyro! LOL...I told her to pitch it, or I will make a good campfire!.... rollo

I'll bring some marshmallows for the campfire, and a blanket for when she makes you sleep on the couch. LOL.
