I bought 2 alphamars and 1 7000ic3 from bottom dwellers . Didn't like the fact their made in China. Fathems are on the list now, when I get enough money, and the wife won't leave me. Thanks you guys for all the input .

I have been using the ic3's for a long time and had great service from them. I think the alphamars are one of the greatest reels to come along for catfishing, only topped by the Fathoms. IMHO

never messed with the alphamars but the ic3 i have for about 2 years they cast well and handle big fish really good
