my goal is to get out and fish more. I really want that 50lb Flat, and I know I can get one if I put in the time. It might not be this year or the next 5 years but eventually it will come. If I get out and fish more than I did last year that will be an achievement in itself. I want to bust 3olbs on the tusc river, my pb from the tusc thus far is 27lb, but I know there are larger ones in there. Another goal is to fish the Cabelas King kat at gallipolis and catch some good blues, I just need a partner with a big enough boat

My goals for this year are a 50+lb Flat, 20+lb channel, and a 40+lb Blue, also to fish as much as possible and hit up as much water (different rivers and lakes) as much as possible. Did someone say ROAD TRIP!!!

my goals are also simple. I want to fish new waters, and learn those waters a bit. If I do my part, the fish will be there. I'm realistic about sizes, but I caught more 10 lb plus channels last year than any other year, so I'm hoping I can improve on that this year.

My goal is the same as in past years. To catch a 77+ pound flathead.
I have the right techniques and feel the waters I fish may have a flathead this big. I know of 2 caught where I fish over 70. One was caught on a limbline by an Amishman though.
I think we need to step Richard up to 50 pounders this year. Chad is over 60 now and can't look forward to to much bigger fish.
Get the pirates hooking their own channel cats. May hand off a smaller flathead to the older pirate.
Start photographing marks and scars on flathead to later identify individual fish. I already have a few for comparison.
Study the relationship of planted brushpiles on flathead behavior. This may be dificult due to variables always present in nature.
Experiment with new baits and tactics. Each year I try new things I ponder during Winter. 80% of these ideas don't work out and much of the remainder is uncertain. I just can't believe that I am as efficient as possible and keep thinking of new things ;D
