Was very happy to get just one more flathead for the year.  Weather was wonderful and I caught this fish in daylight. |

We planned on shooting a release video.
I lay the fish in the water to get his breath
and he shot out of my hand before we started
the camera ;D

This fish isn't big but opportunities to video flathead
catches are rare.

Awesome video. Grabbing the camcorder or camera when fighting a fish is usually the last thing that crosses ones mind. Glad you got one last flattie before the water temps fall too much.
