update

got the boat out of storage. had to rearrange some stuff for the new motor so it could fully trim. moved the rack forward which its now easier to get to the rods. spread the rod holders out a little to get a better spread off the rear too.


Anyone got any ideas on how to safely strip that old paint off so i can re paint the interior

plannin on getting a little grinder next week to take that middle bench out. that will really open her up until i can afford a flatbottom or randys g3

i thought about that sean but was a little leary on whether it would be same on aluminum. i dont want to corrode or eat it up

id call around and check on paint thinners that are safe for aluminum, i dont remember the kind we got, its been years ago, but brushed it on and bout 20 minutes it was peeling off really well, scraping will take forever
