Hey guys. I'm Garrett. I'm sure some of you already know me and have caught Fish with me (or more likely NOT caught fish with me  ) and i'd like to say hello to my friends and everyone here i don't know yet as well. I'm really impressed with the community my buddy Kip started here and i'm really excited about seeing it grow and being a part of it. This long winter is almost over and it's great to have a place to come to share the friendship, knowledge and stories of this great sport we all love. It Feels like home already........ |

Howdy! I've been trying to explain to my wife (for years) that I am not obsessed with flathead fishing. I can go for months without flathead fishing (Jan and Feb for instance). She is unable to understand the fine line between dedication and obsession with flathead. She has moments of comprehension,  but it doesn't last long.  If she knew you called me a catfish freak it would reinforce her obsession theory! |

I definitely don't wanna do anything to make her (or MY significant other for that matter) think there's anything obsessive about our love of our preferred sport. So i promise (crossed fingers) to fly the Flathead Freak Flag on the down low from this day forward;) And KIP if you're reading this, BEFORE you get any ideas about hawking "Flathead Freak Flags" here on the site i'll require a cut of the action for coining the phrase |
