I can't figure this lake out... I saw my brothers biggest channel and my biggest lake channel on this lake but I really have any small fish luck and I never do much overall good... I can't figure this lake out... Their is soo much bait and plenty of spots to spawn... Where are the little channels... And all the flatheads... I have had the best lake runs off flatheads off this lake, but they always drop it... And I have really fished this lake hard the last 2 years... I just can't find any consistency... This lake is just weird and their is hardly any shore access... Any advice on this crazy lake which in the past was said to hold flatheads the size of Voltswagons.... And this is a Muskingum watershed lake, so why aren't their more people fishing this lake

I fish pleasant hill Constantly. Got my pontoon and camper parked there. This lake Still holds monster flatties and a ton of big channels. People around here are more into bass and crappie. The bass in there are the smallest in average for pretty much the entire state. which is why the fishing scene hasnt caught on.
After the boating festival last weekend. 1,500 channels were released in nthe corner by the docks beside the marina. I catch alot of channelsup in the flats from the mouth of the river all the way to the buoys. their are a lot of small ones in there. but the equipment i use prvents them from taking my bait. but that area is full. try up their you wont be disappointed. Except the storms weve had lately have dropped the water temp and killed the bite here recently

I have been out the past 3 days cat fishing and didn't catch anything, but when out today and me and my friend caught 2 while crappie fishing... His fish was about a pound and it took a spinner bait... I caught about a half pounder on a crappie minnow... We have been having flatheads and channel action at Knox but still not much from pleasant hill
