The front part of my boat had started to corrode away so today I went and ripped up all of the plywood. The livewell is on the left side of the boat and is too small for what I need it for.. I'm going to be replacing it with CCA plywood once I start to put the floor back on.. I have never done a livewell before so any input would be good but I would like to make it twice the size it is now big enough to be able to hold a catfish.. Here are a couple pics to see what I am working with here .. I was thinking of ripped up the whole front and taking down the aluminum beams and making a big livewell if I could find out..

Looks like a good project Ed. I have never rebuilt a livewell, but sounds like you have an idea on what you want, and thats a good start! Keep us posted on how its coming along. Maybe some others hear can chime in on opinions. Goodluck... rollo
