I fish a giant pond that has a long flat, and to the left a 2 or 3ft flat, followed by a drop off that gradually goes from 2ft to 10ft in about a foot or two. so far ive gotten burlap sacks and filled them with range cubes and sunk them, but shortly after I got swamped at work and couldn't go fishing for a week or 2. i was just wondering what yalls opinion on the best, cheapest way to chum, and the best way to present the chum( panty hose, burlap sack, etc.)
Thanks!

Ferminted beans (all kinds of varieties...but most common seems to be milo beans) seem to be a big favorite for guys looking for eater size channels. I believe they put them in a container....50 gallon barrel or a 5 gallon bucker....fill it with beans and then with water. Add a lid and let it sit in the sun for a few days.
I beleive they take a coffee can or a plastic baseball bat with the top cut off to disperse their chum. They then make a punch bait with the ferminted beans and peanut butter.
Like I said this is for small channels.
Personally id just cut some bluegill into small pieces( or use a food processor) and toss them out where you wanna fish. And then put a big chunk of gill on.
Good luck.
