They look like a really decent rod for sure!! I'm getting ready to purchase some new rods but just can't figure out what to get.

If customer service is important to you, Definitely give David at Bottom Dwellers a call. I have placed multiple orders with him this spring trying to regear and every single order has shipped the same day I placed it. I ordered a Cat Fight rod Friday afternoon and had a tracking number in less then an hour.

Dave seem very kind n caring.iI can't wait to order me a rod from him ill just keep. Calling n bugging him until he gets some more...Hopefully some take down editions ihere they r top notch.I looked into getting a custom pole made for me they wanted 375.00$.... I laughed my ass off then said ill take two!!!!!

My first custom cost $1100. I'm not kidding. Got it for myself for my birthday a few years ago with my tax check. Ended up not being what I needed. Traded it back to the builder for 2 rods that better suit my needs.

The blank is like $180 by itself, the guides are like $450, the reel seat was $60. Then the whole blank was hand painted. Add custom grips and thread, and labor.
