Only thing I have heard is about musky. I have heard some tall tales of some 50 inch musky from there....a 50 inch musky is like a 50 plus lb flathead. Show me or I dont beleive you. Other than that no idea.
Hope it turns out to be a good lake for you.

I know there was a channel tourney there a few years ago, over 60lbs for 6 fish was 1st place and big fish was 18 lbs and that was only fish that guy weighed, don't know about flats but are some in there

Thanks guys. Sounds like it should be worth a shot then. If nothing else just for busting some good channels I am hoping to check out his land and the lake a little sunday am. maybe scope out some anchors and clear off a few bank spots. I have always heard the monster musky rumblings too. I will shoot katfish a message and see what he has to say.

If there is flathead in there they are VERY few and far between. Awesome lake for big channels, musky and saugeye. Ive fished that lake all my life and have never heard of or seen a flathead caught out of there. But if your after big channels thats a lake to go too. To give u a better perspective every year I hear of flathead being caught by bass, eye, crappie fishermen in clendening, piedmont, saltfork,Seneca,Tappan,Attwood. Never have I heard of one caught at lessvile

Thanks ducky. One of the few lakes I havent fished around here. WE have fished Tappan, Clendennig, Salt fork and Tappan since I got my first rod and reel so we were always around it just never went. I am going to check it out and mark some spots for channels but maybe will hold off on clearing bank spots then.I wouldnt need them for channels.
