I've narrowed the rod I'm putting an Alphamar 20 on to 2 different rods by Team Catfish. The 8' Thundercat and a 10' Catfish Warrior. I'll be bank fishing the Missouri for big flathead and blues. The next set-up ill get will be a Penn Fathom on a Take Down rod so all those loyal to Bottom Dwellers don't worry, I'm on it. I'm also buying my Alphamar from Dave. Any suggestions on which of the two Team Catfish rods I should choose?

Not sure much about the team catfish rods. Id suggest the 8 footer just because it would more of a versatile rod. One piece if its possible.

I have no experience with any of the TC rods. But with a 10 footer, you will be fighting the rod as much as the fish in my opinion. So I agree with Kip and Jordan, go with the 8 foot rod.
