Well since I have the bug so bad and needed to order me something for cat fishing I purchased a 7ft. Catfish Warrior rod. Anybody use them ? Im still waiting on the Take Downs to come back in stock and will be ordering 6 of them ASAP but these rods look and sound decent enough so I thought I would give one a try. All stainless eyes, Parachute cord handle, E-glass blank, 50lbs line class and will handle sinkers up to 12 oz. Let me know what you think please. Thanks

i thought that was a team catfish rod. i think catfish connection makes the "tow truck" and "tail light" rod

Yes sir you are correct, I have been looking at so many rods I just got them confused. Anyway Im slowly building my arsenal for nice big cats. I got 3 Quantum reels the other day and think when I order my take downs I may get another one. That will give me 9 good setups including the stuff I already have.

Same on this end and that's why I just went ahead and ordered one. I got to looking things up and went ahead and ordered a Tow Truck rod as well. I am heading to do some Flathead fishing next weekend and I really needed some rods. So I have 2 Bass Pro shop Pro Anglers and now the other 2 I ordered. Maybe I will get lucky enough to see how the new rods handle a big fish!!!

Well my Catfish Warrior came in today and it is one cool rod!! It don't have as many eyes as I would like but they seem to be good quality. The rod feels great in your hands but I don't think it has the tip needed for using circle hooks on the boat, It seems like a rod you would use to fish from the bank and set the hook. I really like it and will try it out for Blues but I think I will love fishing it with the clicker for Flatheads.

I really like it and will try it out for Blues but I think I will love fishing it with the clicker for Flatheads. I have the team catfish 8ft. Heavy cover flathead and open water blue thundercat rod. It's easily the strongest rod I've ever used. But that doesn't mean anything. It's rated for weights up to 16oz. And line 20-40 mono or up to 80lb braid. I just fish with the clicker and I've hooked into one good fish in the Missouri River but it dove into some trees and snapped my line. But the rod was a dream. I highly recommend all of the team catfish products I have tried. Caught my sisters first cat on their sudden impact fiber bait within 3 minutes of casting. It was a nice 9lb channel. hope you enjoy the catfish warrior and your takedowns.
