I like the Gama 8/0 octopus or 8/0 octopus circle hooks. What hooks do you prefer?  |

8/0 gama octopus, i never use circles, inless my girlfriend comes then i put circles on her poles.

i also like the gama octopus hooks but i ran into a deal on eagle claw octopus hooks and bought 250 for dirt cheap, i just sharpen a few when i get bored that way they are ready for the water. very strong, not completely dull out of the box,

Hate circles.Love the gama bigriver hooks in 10/0 and 12/0 though.

I agree about hating the circles. they have their time and place but for flatheads they arent worth squat. circle hooks are great for drifting for channel cats though.

Love the 8/0 gama circles. Couldn't tell ya the last time that I used anything else. Just took me awhile to figure out that you just have to be patient with a circle.

I use 8/0 Gama and 10/0 Owner circles, howev er Dave at Bottom Dwellers has some 10/0 that I purchased and quite pleased by the looks of em. Will give em the real test this year!
