I have been gone for a while (forgot password) LOL!!!
But, I have returned to see alot of guys looking for rods and, not looking at one of the best places to find all the GEAR a real catfisherman would need in one place!!! He carries all types of rods, reels, line, ect... yes I am talking about Dave, over at Bottom Dwellers Tackle (one of our sponsors). To go anywhere else would be rediculous. Can't beat the prices and service.

Couldn't agree more. Love my catfight rods. And his prices are top notch, but his personalized customer service is even better. Thanks Dave for everything.

the issue actually was initially because the takedowns were sold out. they knew to use dave, believe me : )

Ya I am finding out the hard way that bottom dweller's is far supperier in every aspect than any other company out there. Dave is a good guy too.I've been waited for the catfight rods for over a month.In my search for a comparable rod I have found the war rod at renagade tackle. I'm interesting in knowing if any of you have used one n how they are.I am still waiting for Dave to get the takedown in anyway Any information would be great.

Never used the war rod but I think its way over priced. I went on a trip to alabama this January and a buddy had one. I wasnt impressed with it. I think more time was spent on cosmetics and less time on performance. For a heavy rod it was real whippy in the tip. Couldnt stand up to any kind of current.
