I've seen chuck had a couple of these rods for sale, so I've tried to find the manufacturer and I can't find anything on them can anyone tell me who makes them.please. also iv heard of tangling with catfish poles are nice but I can't get any responce from them whatsoever dose anyone know why I swear its a challenge to get a decent cat rod with stainless eyes n a aluminum reel seat can anyone point me in the right direction.

I believe Wildcat is the company. Never seen them offered in any lengths under 8'. Shakespeare makes the wildcat brand but I could be wrong.

wildcat is the maker i have some of the king cat supremes by them in 9ft. the americat are a red white and blue rod they make. catfish connection carried all of their rods up until this year. this is my second run with the supremes. i really like the rods.they make good products but i am not sure if they are still in production.
surge makes a rod with alum reel seat and stainless eyes. called the trophy cat elite
