On the water, is on the water! I have fished out of a skinny 12ft. jon many of times in the past years just to be on the water! As long as its a safe situation. It doesn't matter what vessel you use to fish out of! rollo
PS. It looks alot like the 18ft. Sea Nymph Jon I used to own! Plenty stabile!

Nice set up man. You have enough rod holders for 4 people in Ohio. ;D Nice fish as well.

actually it has 10 rod holders, lol..........i usually fished 6-8 when i was in georgia........more then that and it can get a lil hairy......
yeah you're right rollo, i do love running around in my lil boat on the water............just wish it was a lil wider.........although i can usually bring couch cushions and can get pretty comfortable to take a late night nap......i don't like to miss that morning bite!!
I would like to plan a trip soon and spend a couple days on the river..........boat fishin/ and bank fishing/ camping........maybe get a couple boats involved........

Nice Catboat brother, Rollo's right it's nasty here right now but come on down when the river drops. The river is so high right now you need a boat just to get to the boat ramp.LOL!

Jon boats are a practical solution for flathead fishermen.
Stable and roomy equal safe and comfortable.
