We don't do much fishing but we sure do enjoy our encounters with all the flathead catfish in the New River located in the Blacksburg area in Virginia. We generally encounter the most schools in the winter when the water is the coldest at depths of around 40 feet down. And yes we did say schools, turns out they arent always lone riders!

awesome video, If you can take your eyes off the fish you can notice the tree's and rock type structure they are hanging around.
