I got a penn 220 gto its a really nice looking reel.Nothing wrong with it at all.I got the reel thinking i could cast it.I cannot cast this penn at all. Some people can some can't.I guess i fall in the can't people.Anyhow im looking for some offers on it or if possible would take a 6500 c3 for it if not just make me some offers.

I'm sorry thought it was gti...the 310 & 320 gti throw real good....not quite as forgiving as Abu....not sure about the gto...looks plenty stout.

Did you buy at a major retailer? Return it for what you want if you can....try the 310gti ..good reel for the money...or splurge and get the Abu...lol

Yeah the gti cast good for me... not quite as forgiving as a 6500...which I believe the 6500 and narrow spooled 7000 cast with the most ease...I get the gti tangled up sometimes when trying to sling it real good...but that's fishin...rod choice is real important too for casting ease/ distance..

i also have the 330 gto. cast fine. but in my experience the clicker is way too stiff. i have only caught a few fish with that reel. and I've had it for years! i use it as much as any other reel i own. don't no about you guys but i can honestly say i catch way more flathead on reels with light clickers. like a pflugger supreme. or a 320 gti.
