The season is quickly coming upon us. It looks like no flood for us this year and all things are saying we will be in the river in April. With that said we are now taking bookings for early May. www.redrivercatfish.com

Well I was wrong on the flooding but it is just a short one with no real damage. Looks like a May 10ish start this year.

Well here is a quick recap of the season. I ran a lot of trips and had a lot of success. This past weekend should have been enough to push me over the 4 ton mark through the boat. I wish I would have kept a log of catfish length because I think the last two months would have come in about 70% over 30". I can't remember a stretch that long; run that consistent with that big of a fish average. Lots of people went home happy I am pleased to report. 87 different people went home with a personal best this season.
Thinks are quickly winding down and I am shifting gears to finish another book, do some promotional stuff, do some ice guiding for perch and walleyes, then hit the speaking and sport show trail. Busy Busy
