Any tips on mid-day fishing? My two pb flatheads were both caught around 4:30, same day, same skipjack head. I swear within 15 minutes of each other a 41 and a 45 pound fish. I must have gotten lucky because every time I fish in mid-day I get a few bites, but don't catch a thing! I do have access to a long boat dock but it doesn't seem to help

Are you fishing a river or lake? If your fishing a river try deep holes for mid day. The only time I am productive fishing lakes durring mid day is early in the season when water temp is under 65 degrees.

I am fishing the ohio river 99% of the time. I don't always have the opportunity to fish at night but I love when I do. I do a lot of daytime fishing.
