Hi all!
As my thread title states, I'm not new to fishing of any sort... In fact, I've been fishing since I was old enough to walk... Little bit of everything, I'm an avid bass fisherman now, but I enjoy a plate of fresh pan fried crappie or catfish as much as the next guy!
Born and raised in North Texas, and lived near Denver Colorado for a few years where I learned to fish trout and walleye
So I guess you could say, I'm a jack of all trades but master of none
I joined on here hoping to fine tune my catfishing skills... I fish mainly smaller lakes (LBJ Grasslands for anyone familiar) which only hold channel cats.... I have no problem finding and catching bass there, but cats are hit and miss for me
My ride is a 12'x36" Jon boat, which I've gutted out and customized... It's no Bass Tracker, but it gets me on the water
Anyway, glad to be here!... Hope to learn something!.... Cause no matter how long you've been fishing, there's ALWAYS more to learn!
