catfish tackle vendors

Hi Guys...gotta a question about trying to buy some gear from catfish dealers, tackle shops, but don't know who to trust or who to be wary of. For instance I placed a small order with Bottom Dwellers last week and I've tried to contact them a dozen times BOTH by phone and email and I get virtually NO response to my email or voicemail, anybody else have to deal with this treatment. I don't know what else to do.

Dave at Bottom Dwellers used to be my go to vendor for Catfishing supplies, however since he had Website issues a year or so ago, his prices are no longer the best on items I buy. He seems to have a lot of stocking issues with rods and reels now as well. It’s a shame, I had dealt with David for years. Anymore I look at Catfish Connection for a lot of specific needs.
