Anybody got opinions about the possibility of 1) Lead becoming wide spread illegal in the future for fishing, as some states already have this in place...and 2) I think that it is already getting hard to find Lead sources for casting our own weights, so what do we do then if we can no longer obtain this metal for our sporting needs?

I recently know of some Federal Land where lead is banned. My brother is a roofer and I get as much lead as I need. I use to just purchase lead sinkers but last fall I decided to buy the gear to make my own.
