Captain Hugh...... Not only the best Guide I have ever been on a river/lake with, but a wonderful person too. 1st trip, 1st fish 62lbs. 3 days later, last fish of the trip, 72lbs 8 oz's.

Im really looking forward to watching my Dad and Luckeywade hook into a monster. Were heading down the 16th through the 20th. If anyone can find the big fish its Capt. Hugh!

me and the old man are going to charter a trip. my mother said for christmas she would get us a charter wherever. we thought about santee, but i would rather be on the river so it looks like next summer we will be on the boat with hugh!

Go in the early spring or fall Jordan. That seems to be when the better fishing is! You will not be disappointed either way though! Trip of a lifetime every time I go!

For sure. I have been to the James River three times now. The last two years I have met up with the Capt. He def. knows the river and the blues along with their seasonal moves. Goodluck to you both. I'm sure you won't be disappointed! rollo
