wow GREAT NIGHT there. I am ready for one of those myself. Brock if you dont mind me askin did you guys have any action before night fall or were all fish after sunset? Im sure we would of done well before nite but we had a rough time, We got to the lake at 4 nice sunny warm out, got our bait and had our poles out at around 5:30 we only had our poles out for about half hour when a major storm came in causing reels to lock up, we reeled in and went for shelter under a bridge, fished it until 8 (not a good spot to much presure) and the rain finaly quit we then went back to our spot and started settin up and within 20 mins had our first flathead it was just dark enough to see but the camera still flashed, after that is was run after run we caught around 15channels and most of em were over 7 pounds.

cool bud thanks. it is getting harder and harder to find spots that arent under too much pressure. the spot i posted pics of has been found and we are starting to see more and more signs of other anglers. nothing yet that makes me believe they are after flats but probably only a matter of time. wish we would have always taken a boat to get there so that there would be no trails or signs leading to it, but hind sight is 20/20 i guess. either way thanks for the info, nice to see they are starting to heat up at night again.
