Question for you guys....

Spring time channel catfishing, is it better to target shallow water or focus on the deeper water?

Depending what the water temps are but I usually target places were there's a shallow flat right next to deeper water. The fish will come out of the deeper water to feed. That's where I've been catching all my fish this year. About a 10 foot flat that drops down into 25 to 30 foot of water. The old channel runs close to this spot.
