My name is Don and I live in SW Michigan with my wife and 3 kids. My twin boys love to fish especially for those whiskered fellas. We get out a few times a week even if it's going to the creek to catch chubs for bait. We target cats in the Grand River and Kalamazoo River. One of these days I'm gonna head South to catch some Blue's. Sure wish we had them up here! The biggest cats we catch in Michigan are in the 30lb range so it's time to plan a trip South I guess I run a R1652VT Lowe Mod V flat bottom with a 30hp Merc 4 stroke. I'm looking to get a little bigger motor with a jet drive for those low water levels on the river. See ya on the forums!

Oh man your in for a heap of trouble. Mine are 12. Every sport they get into ya have to buy double of everything. It all pays off in the end though
