I got this on the extra gun season hunt. While it looks pretty good, I was a bit saddened by the fact that both brow tines are broke from fighting. It looks like and 8, but should be a 10. Attachments:

Thats a fine lookin' buck brow tines or not. You should be proud,congrats Rob I am very proud of myself.  It's the biggest buck I have ever killed. It was cool though. I was very surprised. When he came through the woods, he was not alone. There were 6 deer total. Aside from him, there were 2 more bucks, and 3 does. After I dropped him 1 of the other bucks, a real nice 8pt, ran within 15 ft of me, on my left. He stopped for a moment trying to figure out what just happened. He would have been a nice mount himself. The other buck was a pencil rack 6pt. I hit the woods at 7am, and was in my truck heading to the check-in station by 9. It couldn't have gone much better. |
