bought a 7000ic3 ct mag hs,drag seems weak,and wont crank with weight on it,locks up cant really complain 1st abu i got that had any issues,other then i had a 7000hsn with clicker problems but i dout use clickers

Occasionally you will get a reel that has some issues. Last month my buddy bought a okuma classic pro reel and the clicker wouldn't work. We took it apart and found out that there was too much grease and the side plate screws were tightened down too much....causing the clicker mechanism to slip off when it began working.
I bought a 6500c3 that had a clicker problem as well. Took it apart and discovered that a metal piece was bent causing the clicker to not fully engage. If you have time, a clean space, and proper tools you should be able to solve your problem. If not send it back to abu and get a new one.

already had it apart,just got it last week from gander mt they had them on sale for 149 bucks,i got my recepit so i'll probally get an exchange or get my money back

they refunded my money,then i bought a 7000ic3,got 4 or 5 0f them and never a problem,i wish i could find the 7000 hsn a little easier,i like them little 7000's

those 7000 hsn's are my favorite.........i had two of the old gold ones that got stolen, and now have 3 of the new ones.......I liked the gold ones better though....
