we use baking soda at work to clean out drums. it soaks up the smell and will neutralize most harmful chemical residue

You could try a pressure washer or take it to the carwash

easiest way to do it, if you still have a lid, is put a box of baking soda in add water. just fill it like 1/4 of the way. put the lid on lay it down and roll it around a little so the the water rolls over the whole inside. this is more of a way to neutralize
or spray the inside with water just so sides are wet then cover the sides in baking soda let it sit for a day. use a damp sponge or rag and scrub the baking soda all over the sides this will help smell and neutralize and spray it out. this works better for pulling the smell out dry baking soda draws the smell.
